For BGV Vendors and Employers: Please provide complete vendor details, including your company name, BGV agency details, the requesting company/employer details and a valid corporate email address. Kindly upload the necessary authorization or consent form assigned by the former employee under the Attachment section to avoid processing delays.
For Ex-Employees: Fill in your mandatory details, including your official Employee Code, Designation, Joining Date, Exit Date, and Reason for Exit, as recorded during your tenure with Anblicks.
